When we hit problems with our server and other PC problems .Computer rescue become a valuable assist to the team as they where straight away dealing with the problems and getting us back up and running. Some of our problems where very difficult to over come and other PC companies had tried before in the passed but had failed to resolve. These guys resolved the problems and our clients where none the wiser to what had happened. "We received a no obligation trial of the service initially which we took up. At the time, we were in contract with another IT company whose customer service had collapsed over the period of the contract. Once Computer Rescue arrived onsite they did a complete system check on our existing server and back up systems and diagnosed the server to be completely inadequately installed and the back up system to be out of date. A new server was installed with minimum downtime at a time to suit us. As a result of their work, we now have Microsoft exchange working properly, adequate anti-virus, secure remote working, monitored back ups with the right capacity. Due to their expertise, thankfully we have not had to have many onsite visits, the telephone response time is usually immediate with the engineer remoting into the server/client machine and fixing the issue remotely. Our business is information critical and we are convinced that the system is secure and is being backed up in a fashion which gives us peace of mind.
